Our primary goal is to provide clients with preventative and lifestyle change modalities and information to rebuild the temple (body) one person at a time. We inspire and empower people to achieve optimal levels of health by listening, assessing, teaching and supporting as we work in partnership.

Nathelyn LaCroix

Nathelyn LaCroix is the CEO of Wholistic Lifestyle. Her philosophy is “Prevention is Better Than Cure”. She believes in preventing illness before it occurs.

Nathelyn is a Lifestyle Educator, Certified Diabetes Educator, Colon Hydro Therapist, Massage Therapist, and Certified Patient Care Technician who is passionate about wellness and prevention. She is the wife of a wonderful husband, Osmond, and a mother to two young adults, Shante' and Nathan.

Wholistic Lifestyle is located on the sunny isle of New Providence, in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. We are trained and certified Lifestyle and Diabetes Educators.

We have been empowering and enhancing individuals to prevent and manage non communicable diseases (NCD's) through education and lifestyle changes. We have helped thousands who have been diagnosed or were at risk for NCD's have gotten on a path to wellness. We are committed to providing one-on-one and group services to our clients. We are looking forward to partnering with you to meet your goals of optimal health and well-being.

Among the services we offer are Colon Hydrotherapy & Massage, Diabetes Education, and Counseling (inclusive of Weight Management, Nutrition, Wellness and Prevention).
